Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Shyam Kumar co-founded Technoforte in the year 2000 along with 3 other industry professionals.

A graduate in engineering, Shyam has more than 13 years of professional experience in varied industries. Currently Shyam is responsible for organizational strategic planning, revenue generation plan & overall growth of the company. He represents the company in various seminars, networking meetings & other membership programs in authorized institutions. In addition to this Shyam manages the finance department of the complete Technoforte group.

Prior to this at Technoforte, Shyam managed all aspects of operations, including human resources development, process & quality management. During his tenure in Technoforte, Shyam has been actively involved in framing the Employee Benefit Programs, HR policies & Performance Management System. His skills in business development activities have resulted in identification of business sources from varied industry sectors across different geographies.

Suresh P. Chhajed
Director – Engineering & Technical Department

Suresh P. Chhajed, co-founded Technoforte Software Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2000 and is currently holding the position of Chief Technology Officer.

A graduate in engineering, Suresh has 14 years of professional experience in business management and has excellent insight into software development systems and processes. His ability in strategic information systems planning, software project management and software product management has contributed to deliver some of the most complex and largest projects at Technoforte. With a good command in domains such as manufacturing, automobile and automotive components, warehousing and supply chain management, Suresh spearheads project execution and management at Technoforte.

Prior to Technoforte, Suresh worked as a business & technical analyst for a software giant In Malaysia and was instrumental in overseeing the business development activities in Singapore & Japan.

Yogesh Pathak
Director – Product Group

Yogesh, a technology visionary with 12 plus years of experience, has tremendous exposure in planning and executing enterprise level business solutions for varied industry verticals. Yogesh, an engineering graduate started his career in mainframe & midrange systems and has delivered & deployed various high end projects for global customers. He co-founded Technoforte software in the year 2000 and since then is the architect of Technoforte’s technical team.

Yogesh spearheads Business Intelligence & Mobility Applications product group. He is currently handling some of the most complex product implementations in this space. Yogesh has enjoyed tremendous rapport and success with fortune 100 customers.

With a good command in domains such as warehousing, logistics & supply chain management, manufacturing, automobile and automotive components, Yogesh spearheads Technforte’s product group & is the Chief Architect of Technoforte’s suite of products.

Sanjay Kikla
Director – Global Markets and Strategic Partnerships

As a Director, Global Markets and Strategic Partnerships, Sanjay is actively involved in key alliances, channel partnerships & business development. Sanjay is responsible for world wide business development activities, customer relationship and further business initiatives of Technoforte Group.

With a commerce background, Sanjay has over 13 years of experience in the field of business development, sales and marketing. He has excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills that help him to be the ideal communication channel between the client and technical team. At Technoforte, Sanjay played a pivotal role for entering into business association with some of the leading industry verticals in India & Dubai.

Sanjay was instrumental in setting up the operations, making channel partners and representing Technoforte’s Middle East office. He headed the office at Dubai and contributed a significant part for the rapid growth of the company with increasing revenues. During this stint, Sanjay anchored major techno-commercial discussions to close prestigious business deals with varied industry verticals.

Ankur Jain
Head – Sales & Marketing

With over 13 years of solid Sales & Marketing Experience Ankur Jain heads sales & marketing of Technoforte group. In this capacity, Ankur was instrumental in closing some of the major deals with fortune 100 customers at Technoforte. His ability & sound knowledge in understanding customer requirements & suggesting right fit solutions has resulted in outstanding success for customers’ business process improvements.

His exposure to the international markets like European countries & Asia Pacific regions has facilitated Technoforte to grab prestigious big ticket projects from industry giants. He possesses unique interpersonal skills & customer relationship effectiveness. Prior to joining Technoforte, Ankur was working as a marketing consultant for one of the leading apparel industry ERP company in India. His competencies also include new market development, client relations, developing & managing sales partners.

Shankar Hegde
Sr. Consultant – Project Management & Delivery

A PMP, with over 21 years of experience in software industry providing thought leadership in knowledge management and process engineering.  In his career spanning over two decades, Shankar has worked with multinationals such as Wipro and Accenture. He has lead large engagements for Fortune 100 companies in the Retail, Energy and Manufacturing domains. He has been in various strategic leadership roles / senior management positions. Shankar is leading the project management efforts for the Technforte’s WMS Product lines.

K.B. Pathak
Advisor – Banking Solutions

Mr. K.B. Pathak has more than 40 years of varied experience as a top management executive with State Bank of India, the largest bank in India. He has done his Masters in Commerce and specializes in Credit, Finance, Audits and International Banking. Before joining Technoforte's board Mr. Pathak had served on a number of international and credit assignments for State Bank of India. He was a core member of the inspection and supervision team of SBI.

At Technoforte, Mr. Pathak heads the Banking Business Unit and assists the technical team in projects related to Banking and Finance domain
